HPI LLC Services
Steam Turbines
Our steam turbine field crews at HPI are equipped to handle everything from valve maintenance and diaphragm inspection to full rotor removal and major outages. We specialize in GE, Siemens, Westinghouse, and Fuji steam turbine models across utility, industrial, and cogeneration facilities. Our services include full HP/IP/LP inspections, bearing and seal work, and all mechanical reassembly tasks.
Gas Turbines
HPI provides experienced mechanical craft labor for major and minor gas turbine outages. Our teams are trained to safely perform disassembly, inspection, and reassembly on all major frame units, including GE Frame 5, 6B, 7EA, and 7FA models. We support combustion inspections, hot gas path work, and major overhauls, and can mobilize rapidly for planned outages or emergent needs.
Generators
HPI supports generator field service needs by providing mechanical labor for field removal, reinstallation, collector ring replacement, hydrogen seal work, and generator cleaning support. We routinely assist with stator and rotor inspections, working alongside testing subcontractors to ensure efficient generator outage execution.
